Important calendar notes and tips for printing:
  1. The calendars are suitable for printing:
    • When on the specific calendar you wish to view, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the 'Month' from which you want to view calendar events. Then select the 'Printer Friendly' option you require (ie. this month, 3 months, 7 months, 13 months).
      • Please note that the CSQTC Educational Programs for the 6 monthly terms actually run over a period of 7 months, as the terms run from mid-January to mid-July (1st half of year) or  mid-July to mid-January (2nd half of  year). Similarly the Educational Program for the whole training year runs over 13 months from mid-January to mid-January.
    • The printer friendly screen will default to printing the calendar date in both calendar format and list format.
    • If you wish to only print in calendar format, click on 'Calendar Only' in the top right hand corner of the screen.
    • If you wish to only print in list format, click on 'Text Only' in the top right hand corner of the screen.
    • For printing GP Registrars educational programs for each 7 or 13 month period, it is recommended that you do this via the Node calendar appropriate to where the GP Registrar is training.  Ensure that you choose the appropriate start month from the drop down 'Month' field (eg. January for the 1st half of the year, July for the 2nd half of the year), choose the Printer Friendly option of '7 months' or '13 months' and print in 'text only' format.
    • The calendars are not currently searchable. However, depending on which web browser you are using, you can also search the print friendly screens. If using Internet Explorer you can press Ctrl + F or choose the Find on this Page option from the menu bar, to find a particular item. For example, to find workshops for GP Registrars in Subsequent GP Terms, enter 'subsequent' in the find field.
